It’s no lie that Winters in Minnesota get long… Today I look out over the snow filled resort and dream about when all of our guests come back, everything is green, kids are laughing, parents are relaxing, can’t you fill the warmth of sitting in your lawn chair, enjoying the crackling fire, fishing, enjoying your family.. Then reality sets in.. wait… it’s only January.. People always ask what we do all winter, well we keep very busy! We are remodeling a cabin we purchased adjacent to the resort, it is going to be breathtaking just like Norway Cove cabin turned out! I can’t wait for everyone to see our changes and enjoy the amazing view from the screened in porch of our NEW Birchwood cabin! You need to check this cabin out.. I don’t have inside pictures yet, but soon.. I am starting to paint and seal all the beautiful wood that we put on the walls and ceilings:) There is still openings, check out my Specials Page where I listed all of our summer openings for you:) We hope to see you soon, the toasty fires will be waiting.
