Policies

Sandy Pines Resort is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to apply changes to our policies, refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Deposits

A 30% Deposit for each cabin per week is required to secure your reservation at time of booking. Your phone reservation will be held for up to 10 days to allow receipt of your deposit.

Cancellations

In the event you must cancel your cabin reservation(s) your deposit is non-refundable. You may find your own replacement to take over your reservation at the time of cancellation. If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled arrival, you are still responsible for the full cost of your confirmed reservation. Cancellation Policy is subject to change at any time.

Pets

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. Pets may not be left unattended in or out of units unless in a crate. If you leave the property, the pet must go wit you. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the resort, dogs must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after, and quiet. We prefer pets to stay off of all furniture, but if they are used to being on furniture, please bring sheets/blankets to create a barrier. Renters are responsible for any/all damages caused by your pet; we require a credit card number along with your signature at check-in with pets to insure damages. 

Additional Policies

  • No motorized golf carts, go-carts, mini bikes, dirt bikes, etc., allowed. We aim to keep the resort quiet and peaceful for all guests. If you have any questions about items that may fall under this policy, please contact us. 

  • No jet skis. 

  • No fireworks allowed. 

  • ATVs are allowed to and from trails only. 

  • Pedal and e-bikes are allowed, but must stay off the grass. 

  • No smoking allowed in any of the cabins.
